10 Months
- Grant now claps! He claps when he is excited, when he's proud of himself, when he sees someone familiar and of course, we clap along with him!
- He's cruising meaning he can hold onto the coffee table, chairs, the edge of the bathtub and walk holding onto the side of each one.
- He has a healthy appetite but does not seem to gain weight very much like his Father. He is enjoying new foods. Steamed broccoli, waffles, pasta, I pretty much will offer him anything I'm eating in bite size pieces. He's also still getting four 8 ounce bottles of formula each day.
- He weighs in at 17 pounds, still in the 10th percentile for his weight. He is 29 inches long, in the 75th percentile for height.
- Grant sleeps through the night (praise the Lord!) from 7pm to 7am.
- He takes two naps each day. The first, 2 hours after he wakes and the second in the early afternoon. He naps for a total of 2-3 hours a day.
- Grant is very talkative. He babbles all day long and his favorites are Mama, Dada, byebye.
- He does not take a pacifier and has not since he was 6 months old. Sometimes I wish he would be he now views them as play toys.
- He loves to be around other kids and is very social. He outstretches his arms at strangers and is very friendly to everyone.
- He loves to be outdoors and June has proved to be an adventurous month full of new experiences with swimming and water play!
- Grant gives the best hugs and squeezes hard. It's the best feeling in the world. He loves his Momma and his Momma is completely smitten. :)

Bananas!
Lazy days in the Yaeger household are long gone... along with any quiet time we once enjoyed like lounging on the sofa while catching up on tv shows or reading. Grant is becoming increasingly mobile and demanding of our attention. He's very quick to yank on our lamp cords ultimately resulting in them coming crashing down and he's constantly getting into mischief around the house. He is experimenting with walking (holding our hands, of course) and is enjoying experimenting with different foods as well. There are still no teeth to report on so we mostly offer him very soft foods that he can gum before swallowing. Enjoy the videos, (all taken today!) Also, listen closely in the first, Grant repeats the word "Banana." Or at least, what sounds like banana!

A Visit to the City of Brotherly Love
Our last day in the city was spent doing all the last minute scenic stops and taking my Dad out for a Father's Day lunch. We were busy, busy, busy and on the go
